well, when you are 6'11", 270 lbs, 22 years old, and workout 4 hrs a day, your metabolism is slightly higher than the posters here.

I cant gain weight, Ive tried for years. I've lost weight, and that's with the muscle that I've added. I'm not a big guy as far as weight, and I eat fast food like once a week

how old are you? It catches up, don't worry. I am 33, and just recently I have had to cut down on calories, so I don't gain anything. I weighed 170 when I graduated, and I weigh 178 now. But I have never had to worry about food until a couple years ago at most.

add me to that list too. im around 5' 11" and decently athletic, but only 150. my metabolism is fast, and junk food does absolutely nothing in terms of how much weight i gain. I once ate nothing but pizza with ranch, chips, soda, and taco bell for 2 weeks, i barely gained 2 pounds. I'm guessing that playing basketball almost daily doesn't help, but that's the one thing im not willing to part with no matter what.

wow 70 pounds in a year is quite an accomplishment. If I gain 20 pounds in a year im jumping for joy.

anyway, imagine going to a gas station to pour some gas, you walk into the store to grab a quick snack, and you see team usa munchin on some food. that would be a dream come true. i'd probably scream in glee like a little girl. :p

well sportmans dont always care for themselfs as they should, even trough the season.

Ive met several times some Zaragoza soccer team players Drinking Alcohol in excess and smoking cigarrettes the night before of a Game at 4 or 5 A:M .

No wonder they were relegated from top division last year :P

Not surprising, they were in China, when i was there last summer the local food was absolutely terrible. I couldnt wait to go to a McDonalds every couple of days.
