What do you all think of Kevin Durant? Does he have "Superstar" potential? Will he be an all-star anytime soon?

Kevin Durant might be ready as soon as this year. I def. picked him up on my fantasy squad. He got so GOOD at the end of the last year. He is really starting to understand. Iono about all-star. I know west guards is heavy, but maybe he can get into the allstar game under the forward category.

He is primed to be a superstar, you can quote me on that.

I think he will be a star. He is just so tall and long, and has a lot of skill.

Yeah, I agree with you completely. He has all of the things I would look for in a superstar type of player. He has perfect shooting mechanics so his shooting will continue to improve each season, he's already one of the best players in the league when it comes to cutting to the basket, and he'll continue to improve on the defensive end because of his quick feet and his long arms. One of the few things Durant does need to work on, is his ball handling. He did have some problems creating for himself on 1-1 situations last season. He also needs to hit the weight room and add a few pounds, because he was really pushed around by some of the bigger players he had to defend against.

He'll be a superstar. Saw him play in DC last year, he's gonna be something special.

He'll be in the Mello level. Borderline superstar with tools. Maybe T-Mac level. I can see him taking over in the 4th quarter though and I wouldn't be surprised if he had playoff success once he adjusts to the NBA and passes more.

he's gonna be on the same level as AI and Kobe in terms of scoring guards, IMO
i really like Durant

i've said this in the past---if anyone breaks Kobe's scoring records, it'll be KD

i dont get what people see in him. when i see him, i see melo. a chucker that cant do much else. i mean melo is at least bulky where as durant has no size. idk. maybe i dont watch enough of the kid, but i see that he has a LOT of areas to grow. people are mentioning some great names in AI, kobe, Tmac...Tmac, maybe, but AI and Kobes? wow...i hope he can be 1/2 as good as either

He'll be even better after getting out of OKC. Until he leaves the Thunder he'll have very little help, which will hurt his performance in areas. However, he is a great player regardless of the team he is on. I'd definitely say he has "Superstar Potential," but the sooner he gets more talent around him, the faster he'll achieve greatness.
