Pacers - About where everyone thought they'd be. The offense mis-fires on occasion with the new PG, and our primary playmaker, Mike Dunleavy Jr., has been held out most of preseason as a precaution. Expect triple digit scoring all year with Mike D back.

Our rookies are far ahead of expectations, and while they won't win ROY, both Brandon Rush and Roy Hibbert look to play major minutes and one of them will definitely crack the top 10 rookie rankings.

The defense is horrendous, but again, about what everyone expected. Pick-n-roll defense? Horrible. Dribble penetration defense? Non-existant. Perimeter defense? Swiss cheese (as in, full of holes).

Conservative predictions are 36-38 wins, 9th or 10th in the East. Which is about the same as last year, but not bad considering the last two years each have brought in half a dozen new players and 2-3 new starters.

Bulls have had a overall, pretty good pre-season. Rose is looking good. (bulls not my team.)

Lets see....
Kings: 1-6
Bobcats: 0-7

Pretty damn good. Combined 1-13 record for my teams during the preseason.

Neither of my teams look hot right now but both have promise. K-Mart has been a beast and Derrick Rose was godly the other night.

I've not been able to watch any pre-season games, but from what I can gather, the Lakers are doing well. Lamar Odom seems to be doing well off the bench and Farmar and Ariza are playing well. We need to make sure Kobe's healthy though, and we need to get Vujacic back from his injury.

well we are 2-4 i think or something like that.

Though, I have seen a lot of things that impressed me...

VC looks the same as before!
Lopez is beasting as of late hopfully this can carry on into the season
Ager still sux:pity:
Yi has a smooth J
Bobby has a nice perimeter shot
Harris is still a beast

I think the record is that bad only coz
Najera
Stro
Boone
Hayes
have been injured and i think we are saving dooling for the season...

Wolves look much improved. Our frontcourt needs to get in shape, but we look so much better it isn't even funny. It is preseason however.

Good so far. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uJ4E-djEmqM)

5-1, with about half the team injured at any given time (AI has missed 4 games, K-Mart and Melo 2 apiece, Nene 1, and a whole host of other players 1 or more). Fortunately, with the exception of Chucky Atkins and Sonny Weems, none of the injuries are remotely serious - contusions, etc. - so crossing fingers that stays the same. With the exception of one game (the loss to Minny), the defense has come out playing well, which is the key to success this season. Melo's been playing great, and Nene is back and looking like he's really getting back into form (as evidenced by the vid clip^).

Tough start to the regular season coming up, @ Utah then @ LAC, with Melo suspended (DUI), so hopefully the team can come together in his absence and rally for a hard fought win or two.

My nuggets are doing well. We're getting alot of solid minutes from our new aquisitions.
I really like the additions of Juwan Howard, Dahntay Jones, Birdman and Balkman.

I think we're going to better defensively this year for sure. (camby just blocked shots, didn't necessarily defend)
All we need is another solid pg (like when we had steve blake) and then we can really makes some strides.
