Can't imagine this happening in a regular season game, but sick nonetheless. I wonder if Farmar is going to have a breakout season this year. It's pretty much now or never for him.

Phil Jackson would bench Farmar the SECOND he tried to do that. Pre-season fun...

Nice play, not amazing.. nice

LA's bench killed us in the second half. Good play...risky though (in a regular season game that is)

THat will never happen in regular season. It was a nice play but not an amazing one buy any stretch. It was inch away from being broken up anyway. Good play but i've seen many better in regular and preseason.

How is it now or never? The guy is 21 years old and averaged 9 PPG last year. He had some pretty solid numbers and shot great from the field. He will do very well this year especially on the bench mob.

The Lakers bench is unbelievably electrifying. Lamar Odom, Sasha Vujacic, Jordan Farmar, and Trevor Ariza. The Lakers have so much speed, athleticism, and passing in that second unit.

The Lakers line-ups are set up like football. The starting line-up is like the thrashing, pounding back with Bryant, Gasol, and Bynum in the half-court set. The Lakers second unit is the change of pace back, like Felix Jones on the Cowboys or Chris Johnson of the Titans. They are quick, speedy and have a knack for loose balls and getting steals. They are going to be pretty exciting to watch this year.

In this game, Farmar had 16 points, 5 rebounds, and 6 assists while Ariza had 14 points and 3 rebounds. They are really working well together.

I know you hate the Lakers, but why does everything posted about the Lakers have to be posted in the Lakers forum?

^ Naw, it's ok in here. I saw that play and Farmar was amazing. Not that I liked him playing it off the backboard on my Raptors though.

cuz beno7500 just hates anything lakers in general and when he sees something to do with lakers, he acts on natural instincts.

I love the connection between Ariza and Farmar. They make a great transition duo.

It was a good play, but I would hope that Farmar doesn't try this in the regular season or play-offs. One of the biggest things he's had to get better at is his decision making, and that pass off the backboard with a defender right there wasn't a good decision.

How is it now or never for Farmar, and what does it have to do with a simple highlight reel? Farmar is in the best situation any point guard could be...in a championship contender where he doesn't have the pressure to be a star right away.

If a player like Earl Watson made the same play to Jeff Green it would've never gotten it's own topic at PSD.

It does at first, but it looks fine on the slow motion replay.

What's the point in that? Every Laker fan has probably already seen it.

Yeah as well as every NBA fan I am sure. I mean Farmar and Ariza are Laker players so why not put it there? But I get your point you just want everone to see that "amazing" play :eyebrow:

There's a reason you don't see that play when there's defense around...

I think it's the refs :D

And yes, it is a regular season move. T-Mac can pull those off. Someone find the link for that one..But it's no playoffs move.

Oh wait..yes it is...Kobe pulled that off. Damn that was nuts to do that in playoffs and @UTA
