what do you all think of this? i know from a mavericks stand point i would do it. Don't know if the bulls would though.

No. We already have a crowded backcourt, and this does not help the bulls Post presences, so how on earth does it help the bulls. Josh Howard would provide scoring but would not help us much.

I think the Mavs win this deal for sure, Noc and Noah, both Great players, You may think the Bulls win, but the Mavs win.

hell no. nuff said....don't want someone on the young bulls that can't even respect his own country. Don't need that attitude around us. It will spread like a virus. Josh Howard is a virus. The "ungrateful" and "everyone owes me something" virus. IDC how "good" he is.

And what do you do with Howard? Make him 7th man behind Ben Gordon? Start Deng and Howard at SF and PF respectively? I don't like Howard, but he's a capable starter on 3/4 of the NBA teams.

He's a starter on every NBA team other than the Celtics. On the Bulls he clearly starts at the 2 over Hinrich. He's a good defender who can score 20; you find a way to get him in the lineup.

He'd start over Hinrich probably. I like this trade.

OK, now an already small Bulls team would get even smaller. Guess the PF and C positions aren't that important if you have Josh Howard.

only reason id do it is because howards contract ends in 2 years so bulls would add another 10m to there cap in 2010

At what point does Cuban rip apart the Mavs? Including getting rid of Dirk?

So.

Mavs Get - Marion, Noah, Haslem, Hinrich, Thomas
Bulls Get - (The Cancer) Blount, Banks, Nowitzki
Heat Get - Nocioni, Howard, Bass, Stackhouse, Gooden

Starting Fives

Mavs - Kidd, Hinrich, Marion, Haslem, Dampier (Thomas, Terry on Bench)
Bulls - Rose, Gordon, Deng, Nowtizki, Blount
Heat - Chalmers, Wade, Howard, Beasley, Haslem (Stack, Gooden, Bass, Nocioni on Bench)

WIN WIN WIN!?!?

OK. It's a bit of fantasy!! And The Heat wouldn't be too happy at using up all their cap space with no chance of Boozer but they do get an improved bench and Howard is on the up and Marion on the way down.

Mavs rip apart their team and try and start again. They get rid of Howard who's a liability and get a great young PF in Thomas. Hinrich offers defence. Still I think they've been destroyed.

Bulls - Suffer big losses but get Nowitzki.

Naah. This aint working. Worth a try though!
