They're all fairly close, IMO they all have real potential to be quality players. I would rank them like this:
1. Maxiell.
2. Powe.
3. Millsap.
4. Landry.
5. Boone.

Going by their PER (the league average is 15.0) they rank:

Landry 21.56
Powe 20.97
Maxiell 16.84
Millsap 16.14
Boone 14.86

I'd have to agree.

Maxiell is definately ready for a starting role...he always seems to energize the Pistons. I hope Curry will do a better job with rotations than Fllp-flop Saunders.

Landry
Boone

I think Landry is behind Maxiel and Milsap....but above Powe and Boone....and Chronz is right I shoulda put Craig Smith....those 5 are extremely similar as far as what they bring to their teams....

I think Maxiel and Milsap are steps ahead of the rest. I think both of these guys have futures as starting PF's in the NBA. They might make a couple all star teams. Landry is what he is. A great hustle man, but he doesn't have the skills of a Maxiel or Milsap. Powe is also a nice energy man. But he isn't AS athletic as he was coming into Cal.

I think the common consensus is that Boone is the least wanted player on this list

I just noticed he shot 45% from the free throw line last season :speechless:

Statistically hes the least impressive of all of them and he plays on a team where they desperately need production from their bigs.

Do you know B-ball outside of New Jersey? Just because hes NJ best bigman (when Sean Williams isnt playing right) doesnt make him better than any of these guys.

Really Boone's better than them?

.456 ft%?

Statistically he's doing a little better than Maxielle in 5 more minutes on a worse team with virtually NO big men (including Boone). And you put Maxielle last even though he's argueably the best on the list (Boone's not in the arguement). Also he plays more minutes than all of these players and is barely putting upu better numbers when they have a better big man in front of them than Boone. (ie: Boozer, Sheed, KG, Yao, Mehmet) And he actually strarted 50 GAMES! Isn't that enough games to prove yourself? :eyebrow:
