He is practicing with Cleveland.

Does he still have something left on the Tank?

IF he has recovered and is HALF the player he used too then Lebron has Found some Help.

Im sorry im just not that optimistic about him. As a grizzly fan we never got anything from him. He played just 10 games for us in 2 years. He retired in 03 due to injury. He is 33 and hasnt played at the Nba level in 5 years. I wish him well but just like Allan H2O Houston im going to have to wait and see.

I watched him come up with the Rockets, he was friggin quick. I always liked him as a player and would like to see him make a successful comeback.

I remember him during his time with the Rockets and thought how much better Mobley was as a 2nd round pick. IMO, Dickerson had questionable heart and desire. I guess he's run out of money and wants to come back to the league. By the way, has any other NBA player suffered a career ending hamstring and groin injury? :eyebrow:

^ I dont Know but Jeff Ruland was told to never WALK again and 8 years later or so he was able to go back to the League.

What? Dickerson was much better than Mobley was. I was a huge Michael Dickerson fan, he came in and really helped the rockets as a rookie

BUMP!

I was so surprised when I saw an M-Dickerson thread, he was my dude back in his prime. Loved his game in both college and his first years in the league and wish him the best. Even if he doesn't make it eventually I'm still glad he got to the point to being tested by an NBA team for a comeback which means he's healthy enough nowadays. Hopefully I can see him stepping on an NBA court as well even if it's just for a few minutes.

Yeah Simon never really took off in the NBA. He was an amazing college player though and played some pretty solid season here in Europe. Currently he's an assistant coach in Arizona.
