The Spurs. Especially with the new Manu updates, I could see trouble for them putting points on the board

Whats new, they are always one of the lower scoring teams but they are one of the best defensive teams in the league so it really doesn't matter. Who cares.

the Cavs, though I don't know if they're championship calibur.... they're certainly a top playoffs team though.

Spurs have always led that list, Cavs now as well. We will also see what Boston can do. But I agree, championship contenders, when they aren't scoring, make you not score, then get a bucket when they need it badly no matter what

San Antonio, Cleveland, Detroit are just a few that come to mind.

omg, the Spurs vs Detroit finals was soooooo boring. I know that is great basketball, but I think I took a nap every game

^^Why watch it if its so boring then?

Anyway, the Spurs will struggle while Manu is out, unless our younger players decide to be agressive and not just stay at the 3pt line all day.

cause I love basketball. Dude, you love the Spurs, but they are boring to most. Even those who understand basketball. Sorry. I still watched every game.

Yeah, same here. I would watch the NBA Finals regardless of who's playing.

I definitely would have to agree with you. The worst finals I have seen in quite sometime was the Spurs vs. the Nets. I think that was one of the lowest rated finals in NBA history.

I really enjoy watching the Spurs play--especially against teams with a contrasting style. The only time it gets a bit draining is when S.A. is matched up against a slower paced team.
Anyway, I think SA and DET are both championship-caliber teams that have trouble scoring.

I think the Spurs as much as I hate to say it. Especially with Manu out...it'll be tough to keep up with high scoring teams. Our defense will have to be really good early on to compete with the Wests upper tier teams.

Every year the Spurs have been unable to repeat they were outside of the top 14 offenses in the league, every year theyve won theyve been in the top 5-7 I believe, but this is the year they remain a less than impressive offensive team.

The Spurs and possibly the Celts.
