Hard to tell what Iverson's future is gonna be.

I'd like him to stay in Denver... But, if he's not gonna win a title here, then I'm willing to see him leave and win a ring. In a perfect world, Him and Melo would win it together.

of course they would, and im betting theyll get closer this year

This thread is obsolete, and this post is unwelcome. The training camp is on, and only those that do not have Nuggets best interest in heart will continue to post and discuss AI's future (regarding whether he will stay or leave). The future is 2008 - 2009 season in Denver. Enough !!!! No more distractions!!!!!

hes going to stay in denver 'till his contract runs out, hopefully hes smart and shows affection to win a ring so he goes to a championship-calibure team.

only good options:
New Orleans Hornets (Mike James +Armstrong's contracts add up to $8m, they can sign ai w/ that)
SF: Peja
PF: D-WEst
C: Chandler

SG: Mo-Pete
SF: Posey

Cleveland Cavailers (Wally's + Snow's contracts add up to $21m, surely can sign ai.)
PG: Mo-Will
SF: LeBron
PF: Big Ben
C: Big Z

PG: West
SG: Boobie
PF: Varejo

Los Angeles Lakers (Odom's contract finishes and is $14m, they can sign ai to replace odom)
PG: Fish
SF: Kobe
PF: Pau
C: Bynum

PG: Farmar
SG: Vujacic
SF: Ariza

Does anyone think he would fit in good in Houston? Not sure of their cap space though. But with defenders like Battier and Yao that can also make inside shots, he would have a lot of room to create offense.

Obviously with McGrady, they would have two shooters, but just a thought.

and they also have artest!!!! who drops 20 a game well it wouldnt happen theres only 1 ball and ai wouldnt create offense cause he'll just cause a logjam in the middle if he drives then yao has to move out of the way...but houston wouldnt be a possibility 1. no space 2. no need for ai 3.who would the trade that we would want?

^ true, forgot about ron ron for some reason.....was thinking more of after the season as a FA though.

I would hate it if he went to the Lakers

Hornets or a couple others...go for it and get that ring
