I highly doubt at the end of the season that Francis will start over Alston.

Also I think Artest will be starter by then, unless we do what the Spurs did.

If LO isn't starting, its because he got traded...

^ He is not going to work as SF, so he will probably get his p time from the bench being the main substitute for Bynum , Odom at 4 Pau at 5 and Pau Odom at 4 Bynum at 5.

Ginobili type of sixth man, my only doubt is if Ariza will start the SF or Vujacic ( who is a better player than Ariza will enter and move KObe to the 3).

he may not work at the 3, but they'll try it for awhile, and if it doesnt' work, i think they'll trade him, cause hes has value as a good player as well as an expiring...and if mitch can get the value he did out of Kwame's expiring, perhaps he can get the same form LO's

^ If i Were the Lakers i would Already be Calling Chicago about a trade Involving Odom + Farmar + some pick for Hinrich and S and t Gordon.

It Makes sense for Bulls since Gordon does not want to go on playing for them and they dont need HInrich now they got Rose plus Odom fills that big void they had in Scoring from the post, pLus its an expiring C, Farmar is a decent Reserve for Rose.

It Also makes sense for lakers since it provides them a Real Point guard who is YOung and Able to pay the Triangle to replace aging Fisher plus Gordon gives them that three point shooting from the wings they were really Laking in the finals, Kobe moves to the Three so they win D in the Wing.

It Makes so much sense that it surprises me it has not gone trough already.

Your screwed up with the Cavs. Varejao (He's A joke).

The beginning:
PG: Mo Williams

SF: LeBron James
PF: Ben Wallace
C: Zydrunas

The end of the season, going into the playoffs:

PG: Mo Williams
SG: JOE JOHNSON
SF: LeBron James
PF: Ben Wallace

It's conceivable that Farmar could be starting over Fisher this year (although I don't think he should yet), but having both him and Sasha in the starting line-up takes a lot of punch away from our bench, which was one of our biggest strengths last season.

If anyone get's promoted from the bench to the starting 5 (besides Farmar), it's probably going to be Ariza over Odom, for his defense.

Farmar is going to be replacing Fisher at some point, and we have plenty of 3 point shooting with Fisher, Vujacic and Radman. Farmar's shot also seemed to improve a bit, and Kobe can obviously hit the 3.

Kenyon Martin has already been named the replacement for camby
and Kobe is a SG not Sf and odom will start at SF

In todays game SG and SF is essentially the same position. Kobe spent plenty of time at SF with Sasha at SG down the stretch of games last season.
