And not to sound like a homer but Eric Gordon COULD potentially earn enough play time and end up scoring enough points to win himself ROY. It's not out of the question; the kid can score.

MVP: CP3/Lebron...I honestly can't choose between them.
Roy: Oden
DPOY: J Smith
MIP: Wilson Chandler-He's getting little recognition, and I can see people's reluctancy to vote for him because so few people know about him. But, he is a stud. 6'8 sg/sf/pf who can guard the 3 positions he plays well, is a great athlete, and is a great offensive player.
6th Man: Manu...even though he should be starting
Coach: Phil Jackson because they are going to do incredible this year and doesn't the COY usually go to the best coach with the best record?
Executive: Whoever the head of the Rockets is...if the Artest deal works out as it's supposed to, it's hard to ignore that.

It doesn't matter if you've had you're 15 minutes. It matters how you come back from adversity. That's what makes you comeback player of the year. Baleee Dat!

MVP - Lebron James - Ain't NO ONE better in the league and MORE VALUABLE to his team. Mo Williams is a good pick up, but he ain't gonna change that team that much. Kobe has Odom, Gasol, and Bynum... CP3 has Chandler, Stojakovic, West... Lebron aint got no one who can score the ball

ROY - Greg Oden - Good thing he is a rookie this year cuz who wouldnt have beat Durant last year... His own teamates Bayless and Fernandez might give him a run for his money.

DPOY - Kobe Bryant - has enough scoring now if Bynum is healthy so he can focus on his defense

MIP - Jermaine Oneal - New life, new town, Chris Bosh, count that ****.

6th MAN - Shane Battier, not sure if Artest will be SG, either way its gotta be TMac and Artest at the 2 and 3 right

COACH OF THE YEAR - Erik Spoelstra (HEAT if ya didn't know) - take your team from 15 wins to 40 wins... My boy Sam got this a few years ago and had a ****** player with the #1, they got the #2. Don't matter still gotta coach the team and make them into a cohesive unit

Why would you say that, Lebron overall is the BEST NBA player, so yeah he is pretty valuable.

What I mean by that is that the MVP award has turned into a team award as you probably already know, so Lebron can't win it if his team isn't 1st or 2nd in the East

He may not, but I felt he should get some credit because he is the most underated center in the nba, I dont think 3rd team all-nba is too far a stretch. He puts up 14/10 and goes unnoticed

more like overrated. I don't understand this guy, in fact nobody hasn't even talked about bogut at all until he got that over-paid contract. now all of a sudden he's so underrated. if he can though put up somewhere in the 18/12 range, he's got the 3rd all team, but that's still a long shot with redd having RJ now that will most likely get all the touches now.

I'm not going to predict anything, but here's who I'm rooting for:

MVP: Wade
ROY: Beasley
DPOY: Marion

Wade and Beasley are realistic predictions that have been stated multiple times in this thread....but I doubt Marion wins DPOY.

Lebron23
09-12-2008, 10:31 PM
MVP: LeBron James ( He already paid his dues, and the Cavaliers are going to win 53 games next season)

ROY: Michael Beasley

Sixth Man: Daniel Gibson ( Gibson is no longer the Cavaliers Starting PG, and he's a lethal scorer off the bench ala BJ Armstrong & Vinnie Johnson)

MIP: Andrew Bynum ( The next Best Center in the NBA, and future franchise Player of the Los Angeles Lakers)

DPOY: Tyson Chandler
