Any other updated since then where #1 and #2 in the league played in the finals?

Celtics and Lakers were both #1 seeds, but Detroit had the better record than Lakers so I don't think that classifies a #1 record vs #2 record.


Edit: Just looking at the playoff picture the Celtics vs Lakers was the closest in 10 years that came where the two top teams in the league record wise met in the finals.Top 2 Teams in the
