Cardinals coach Ken Whisenhunt confirmed that Travis LaBoy will start at OLB over Bertrand Berry.

LaBoy had a strong preseason after signing a big free agent contract.

Cardinals NT Gabe Watson (fractured kneecap) is expected to start practicing this week.

Watson has missed the entire preseason with the injury. Backup Alan Branch suffered an ankle injury during Friday's game and will be evaluated this week.

Cardinals LT Mike Gandy suffered a bone bruise in his left knee during Friday's game against the Broncos.

The Cards are hopeful that he can play in Week 1, but he might not practice until Wednesday.

Surprised Moore couldn't make it. I thought he would make an impact for the Cardinals.

Cardinals placed C Al Johnson on injured reserve, ending his season.

Johnson suffered a left knee injury early in training camp. Pat Ross will take his roster spot. Arizona's center woes could hurt Edgerrin James and Tim Hightower on inside runs. The Cards are highly inexperienced at the position now.

Cardinals promoted center Pat Ross from the practice squad.

Ross should get some playing time with Al Johnson on injured reserve.

Cardinals released safety Oliver Celestin.

Celestin, who was re-signed in April, couldn't even make a special teams squad during camp.

wow thats a pretty big jump in 3 days from being cut "couldn't even make a special teams squad during camp" to being adrian wilson back up and playing special teams. i wonder what made us go 180 on our decision making?
