I 100% completely and utterly absolutely disagree. I can think of 5 better ballers than Patrick Ewing Jr.

1) Chris Lofton
2) Abdulini Kuso (Gonzaga)
3) Tony Stewart
4) Mo Vaughn
5) Ricky Rubio.

ricky rubio would be at the top of that list imo. -^

also maybe the knicks are hoping he'll turn out like daddy and be the new face for the knicks lol.

Hopefully he gets playing time and give Knick fans something to cheer about. Maybe he will surprise everyone and live up to the Ewing name...

I hope MJ's son gets drafted by the Bulls then all the great 90's players kids can warm the benches thier fathers briefly rest on.

Jordan son can even Join Pippens in the Bulls.

I also found out that Dumars has a son and Kemp too.

Any other one out there?

Will there ever be one that its a better Player than their father.

It has happened before with the Vandewheges.

Yes but Bryant the first was never an star.

Vandewehge sr was kind of and his kid was a BIGGER ONE.

thats why i have not mentioned Hoford.

What i wonder is When will we see an stars son be even better than Dad.

You didnt mention anything in the post I replied to that the dad had to be an all star.
How can a guy be kind of an all star? Kikis dad was not an all star. He was a 9ppg player

If the dad was already an all star that is setting the standard pretty high since tI think there may have been less than 2 dozen father son combos to play in the NBA. Jalen Roses dad was an all star but Jalen didnt make it. That is the closest I can think of with the dad having to be an all star

Ewing Jr. sucks. He is not a solid player. He is just in the league because of his name. Like Jordan's son. Now that he is in NY he has even more pressure. He's not going to do anything.

I really hope the Walsh/D'antoni administration continues to pick favorites based on personal relationships. I'm growing more confidant that the Jazz will have a very high new york draft pick in 2010:D

I wonder why Basket sons use to suck. Maby bad genetics from mothers?

Come on Cant Kobe Bryant start Dating Lisa Lesley or Candance Parker?

That would be some crazy genetics to sport....

would have been funnier if they traded him for an autographed Patrick Ewing Sr. Jersey.

that would be funny trying to be like dad
I think he shouldn't pick 33 he should create his own legacy if he can and pick another number maybe 22 or 44 or even better 66 :)
