There is a similar post , but it asks for a lot of players that are still active, so what can be now? they may have an horrible prime or suddenly become a lot better.

So im making a thread for Already retired and Eligible Players or soon to be eligible:

I would recommend that only peope who has seen them play or at least have read of them post, because some of the names will be totally unknown for younger people, so they wont know how to rate them.

And remeber that there are tons of B rate players in the hall just because they belonged to a wining team like 60s celtics.

Pretty sure its a different Phelps, that guy is 47 years old. Funny that any guy with that name got drafted tho.

And yes i KNOW that JORDAN is a LOCK as soon as he is eligible, but since he made that weird comeback, he will have to wait like 5 more years , so i put him in the list.
