In the Knicks section, we are fighting about Zach Randolph. Me, and many other people in the Knicks section, believe that he is a cancer and would not be a good player in D's offense because you need to be athletic, quick/fast, and a team player. I want to have a poll here to see how many NBA fans agree, or disagree with what I have to say.

I agree. Unless he puts in the work to get faster and more athletic (gotta admit, he can get the double double night in and night out) then he wouldn't be good for D's system.

But do you think he brings down every organization he plays for? Keep in mind he was traded for virtually nothing from Portland. Their GM tried to find a better deal for a 25 year old who averaged a double double but was stuck with Francis, who they cut, and Frye.

well portland got oden and had adridge so they didn't need zach and they got frye who is a decent big man. if Z-bo is in on a team that wants him then he should do good. isiah thomas made everyone look bad.

He actually is a talented player..can really score..however he is a ballhog, and for him to stop bein considered a cancer, he really needs to focus on defense more, and passing more as well.

Pretty much what Joshtd said, he needs to be less of a blackhole. The reason hes a cancerous player is because although he can score he does it at such an inefficient rate that hes only valuable to teams with enough defensive oriented players to mask his flaws and a team so devoid of scorers that hes the only legit option. Hes very similar to Antoine Walker, Jerry Stackhouse and a young Iverson in this regard. But unlike those 2 hes not a great enough playmaker to offset his lack of efficiency.

Therefore he needs to change his game up by limiting his possessions and focusing on finishing rather than creating so much, up his defense, and most importantly he needs to stop the excessive dribbling displays I saw in a few clips. Granted they are isolated incidents but the mere fact that he would attempt such arrogance tells me alot about his attitude.

He can be a very useful player on a good team but he'll have to sacrifice his point totals to accomplish this. Something not alot of players are willing to do until their later stages.

I would say trade him but his contract doesn't expire untill 2011 and I can't see any team taking him.

He has all the skills to be a real good player in the NBA, but just lacks motivation. He is a waste of talent. The Knicks should trade him, but I guess nobody will want him.

He's no cancer, but is not fast enought to play for the Knicks' new coach. Trade him for what you can get and usher in the David Lee era.

Every NBA team he has played with has done poorly...and to the peope that keep saying nobody wants him...Memphis is very interested in him.

I dont know how the fat bastard tandem of Curry and Randolph can possibly succeed under D'Antoni.
