Depends on what you value, peak performance or longevity

Vlade Divac's peak was slightly better, and he lasted for a long time.

What time frame do you consider to have been Vlade's and Brad's peak?

really, neither had a clear cut peak that jumped out at me, but Vlade was pretty good with the Lakers, I think a couple of years before he got traded.
yeah, I checked the stats and in 1994 he averaged 16 points, 10.4 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 blocks in 80 games.

I don't know much about brad miller, but statistically, his prime was 2004-05. 15.6 points, 9.3 rebounds, 3.9 assists, 1.2 blocks. (only in 56 games though)

it's sad that I have to refer to stats, but in my opinion they are on a similar level in terms of skill.
even if Miller did have a slightly better peak, I don't think Brad Miller's peak was that much better than Vlade's to counter his long career.
