Until Francis proves he is healthy, Brooks should be better than him next year.

Also I think Alston is a perfect fit for us. He gives us 13 and 5 with 1.5 SPG and knows how to run the offense.

I think Francis will contribute a lot this season, he has way more passion than the other 2 players. And honestly, I dont think Brooks will ever be more than a decent backup

Come on guys, be for real. Stop thinking with your hearts and look at this realistically. Rafer is the best PG on this team hands down. He proved that last summer and last season. Seems like a lot of you want that Francis from 5 years ago to suddenly re-appear and play for us. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. Remember, we were not a good TEAM when he was here last. He is not a ball distributor, he is a flashy scorer. Can't shoot a jumper, not a good playmaker, and is not good on defense. And this was in is his prime. Yes, he was a heck of a flashy athletic player, but that is not the type of PG this team will need next year. We need a steady guy to control the tempo and get us in our sets to let our stars do what they do. Rafer is a low turnover, solid defender type PG that we need. IF francis gets in shape, he will be nothing more than a backup spark off the bench for us. And that is a big IF base don what he showed us last year.

Anyone looks good if you make a mix. you could make brian scalabrine look like an all-star with a full season mix. it means nothing he's washed up

ok first of all watch the suns vs rockets link i put b4.. he didnt get enough minutes to be fully productive....he still has secret* hops(look at the hornets dunk he did) he was unfortunatly not used enough and he had surgery that year so calm down and trust me he is still a good player to have...

francis can still play maybe not an all-star level player but he can still put up good numbers if he works into shape. everyone thought baron davis was washed up and done after his injuries and look at him now, one of the best pg's in the league.
