Lebron.

Dwyane Wade gives Kobe more competition than any SF would give LBJ for the #1 spot.

Definitely Lebron. Just go to number 2. On a side note, I got to see and play with Caron Butler. It was pretty sick. He's not 6'7, more like 6'5. :pity:

Most NBA players aren't as tall as they're listed.

Caron is one of my favorite players in the NBA. Not the best sf like some people voted, but his story is pretty amazing. Plus he grew up like 20 mins from where i grew up.

Plus an interesting side note, when he won Mr. Basketball in Wisconsin, guess who the runner up was? Tony Romo.

He lives like 30 min. from where I live. He came with this blacked out Escalde. But it was tight, he's a real cool guy, funny too. Nick Young lives like 15 min from where I live too.

Yep. Romo could ball. They went to hs about 20 mins from me. (at different schools). Course they're both like 6 years older than me, but my brother played football against Romo in HS, and my gym teacher was one of his HS coaches. But yeah.

Tony Romo - He was the runner-up for Mr. Wisconsin behind Caron Butler coming out of high school. He's my 2 guard.

SF is much more diverse than SG.

I mean, SG's aren't that different from each other once you get past the top 3. Ray Allen, Michael Redd, Brandon Roy, Joe Johnson, they're generally similar players. but in SF's you get the diversity like Caron Butler, Josh Smith, Rashard Lewis, Luol Deng, Peja Stojakovic, Andre Iguodala, Lamar Odom, Shawn Marion. all these players are completely different.

Lebron James is #1 obviously, and then it's a competition between Pierce and Melo.

Reading through this thread for kicks, it's kinda surprising how people underrate Shawn Marion now.

I voted for LBJ as the best SF in the game today... no questions. Marion IMO is #2.

If you got 18/10 from a big, along with 1.5bpg, you're thinking you've got yourself the #3 or 4 PF in the game today.

Marion puts up those numbers along with 2 steals per game. He is one of the best perimeter defenders in the league and a lights out shooter.

He basically plays well on both ends of the floor and can out-rebound a LOT of bigs. He is a different type of SF and IMO, underrated now.
