Yes, I think he'l adverge around 15 and 11, He might have lost a step but not his shot, or his incredible passing ability still has best shot and passing ability in the league, but his defense is ehh, but he hasn't lost his skill to run an offense. So yes I believe he'll make the all-star team...

Depends on the coaches' decision, whether to pick him over Deron Williams, I think Deron will get the spot though.

Nash is an All-Star for sure but not an MVP candidate.

Nash is washed up garbage. Won't even make the playoffs this year. But then again he may be an all-star due to the idiotic homer voting that goes on for the all-star game.

He can is he still puts up good numbers. But I think it'll be Deron and CP3 for the PGs this year.

Why not?

Chris Paul
Deron Williams
Baron Davis

So No..

Nash shouldn't make the squad this year. He's the 4th best PG in the west.

i think this year we will start to see him decline, but he still is an all star.

Nash shouldn't make the squad this year. He's the 4th best PG in the west.if he was in the east he would easily be the number 1 pg in the conference

of course, the man is still in my top 5 pg list.

there is no way in hell baron davis is better then Stephen John Nash. Stevie is still the best passer in the nba and has talent around him. He averaged 17 and 11 last year and ur talking about him declining.. The kid is a beast. 50% from the floor. 90% from the line. 47% from three. Baron davis is a high school guard compared to stevie.

Are you serious? Hyperbole much?

They are at least close. I said Baron Davis not Smush Parker.

Baron is twice the defender, a better scorer and a better finisher.

The only clear advantage Nash has is he is the more efficient shooter. They are equally good passers in my opinion. Considering that per 48 minutes NASH AVERAGES NEARLY 2 FULL TO'S MORE THAN BARON

I voted yes. CP3 and Deron are better than Nash but Nash has the accolades of his career behind his name which often translates into a lot of respect when allstar voting comes around. His numbers will likely start to drop but since the all star game is in Phoenix this year, I think it would be a feel good story for a probable last all-star game. He may recieve some votes from the sentimental types. His numbers would need to drop very significantly for him to drop off the team.

Probably considering the Allstar game is in Phoenix that should help, and he's still a good player, just not as good as he used to be..

Regardless of whether or not he makes the All-Star team, (CP3, Deron, and B-diddy may just take up the spots), he's without a doubt still an allstar caliber player.

Of course he is!! Why would he not be one? I mean hell he is the 2 time MVP after all, and having All-Star PF Amare Stoudemire will help him continue to be an allstar.

Nash hasnt showed any signs of letting up. He will be in the Allstar game. He will still have good enough numbers to be an allstar. He isnt not gonna make the allstar game. He is to good not to.

Your kidding me right? Why the hell is Nash washed up Garbage? give me a reason before you say something like that. What is your reasoning for calling him washed up garbage exactly? He is one of the greatest PG's of all time, and not to mention his body won't decline this year because Porter is gonna rest Nash, unlike Mike D. So yeah he makes the allstar game.

I wonder how Nash will perform in a new system. He flourished under D'Antoni's system, but was unsuccessful before...both in Dallas and during his first 2 seasons in Phoenix.

Me too it will be interesting, but he will still be all star material. End of Discussion.

How is it the end of discussion? We don't even know if he'll be effective in the new system.

I would guess that Nash will still be all-star caliber next year.

Why not? Look at the guy's numbers from last year. He's still a stud.

steve nash gets overrated, and overranked b/c of his flashy passing.
he cant play D, and he is pretty much only a good scorer when wide open.
guys like davis are much better scorers, and defenders, but dont get as much attention from the media b/c maybe their teams arent the greatest.
