well we've discussed this before but it would be interesting to see if anyone has change dtheir mind. For me it has to be keeping wright b/c IMO cook wont see any time next year or anytime in the future with wade at SG

ya..people forget it... but wright is 22 and cook is 21. Even though wright has been around for years now he is still about as young as cook...and his ceiling is sooo much higher

lol b/c they play at different positions. Wright is a SF/PF. Cook is a SG/PG. But I agree Cook just shoots. Anyway he's only been in the league for 1 year. It's hard to say Cook isn't going to be special. Cook could be very good. But right now he has to play behind Wade who averages 40 mins a game. That will slow his development

cook could develop into a great 3shooter that we need, and we would have 2 3pt shooters jones and cook, but yea if he plays behind wade he will never really develop we might have to let him go

I would rather keep wright because he can play muti-Postions, he can play Sg, Sf, And maybe even PF if we go really small. So if we keep wright i think that Wright will have more mins then cook and cook might fall back in the depth chart. But cook has talent.

Pg Banks/Mario
Sg Wade/Wright
Sf Marion/Jones
Pf Beasley/Haslem
C Blount/Joel or Zo

I actually chose Cook. He showed me more in 2 plays this year then Ive seen from Wright in his 4 years. The dunk on Posey and the 3 he hit at the buzzer. I believe he has more hunger in him to reach his potential.

I voted Cook, because at the beginning of the season, when he was getting playing time, he showed a lot of promise and potential. He could develop into a great 3-point shooter/6th man type of player. I really like Wright too, but the thread asked me to pick one, so....

Plus, who can forget this:

I dunno...i think i'd rather trade Haslem + extras for B. Miller. Marion is an all-star, he should have more value than that. If we could also include Banks in the deal in exchange for a prospect like Udrih, Hawes or J. Thompson....lol...then I'd consider.
