Ugh. Watch the video and sigh. :(

How and the hell can this end? What either side wants is polar opposite from the other.

Well TT is a moron, and he better figure something else out. I don't see Favre just retiring after this. The organization has pissed him off and I think he is looking for revenge.

Once Favre said he wanted back in the NFL the Packers shouls have welcomed him back, they would not be in this situation.

I wonder if Goodell forces the Packers' hand here.

After this season I expect to see Brett Favre still playing in the NFL while TT is unemployed.

TT if you don't want Favre anymore and Rodgers is so good then why are you afraid to trade Brett?

All signs point to Brett out of town soon

Oh we've pissed him off to the point now where he wants to show Thompson he's making a mistake. Really smart move. I think the bribe really pissed him off, but now after "welcoming" him back and announcing the "open competition" and now going back on it, he's pretty hurt and pissed. Very sad.

Well Jesus are the Packers stupid? Hey Brett were going to PAY you not to play we don't want you here that bad... oh **** you showed up, WELCOME BACK BUD! This is pathetic, it's really climaxing right here.

It is hard to believe how the organization has treated Farve. If you are not going to let a HOF QB play, then get a trade done or cut him. Now that all the camps are open they are just making it harder to get into the new system of whateve team he lands with.

I'm getting to the point with this that I might follow Favre as a fan. I love GB to death but became a fan of them since I live in NC b/c of Brett and the way he played the game. I wouldn't consider doing it but this organization is throwing the fans overboard when they throw Brett. I'm starting to feel bad for Rodgers, this happening is probably worse than not playing for the kid. Its not his fault and he has been classy but he is going to be thrown into a fire.

This isn't like Montana going to KC or Unitus to the Charges b/c Brett Favre isn't washed up like those guys were.

OH, Man I love the Packers, but this is just a mess that could have been avoided. I feel for Brett, let him play, but the real victim here is Rodgers, he has been classy at every point, and now hes going to be thrown to the wolves, because of all this and thats not fair. Rodgers has so much potential and the sad thing is, is that he is not going to get a fair chance to show it either. I just wish this never happened and Brett decided back in march to come back.

UGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! ******!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well i have been pretty pissed off with the Packers organization during this whole ordeal but but i guess i would consider myself happy about this. Obviously i want Favre to be the QB for us but it seems very unlikely at this point. I would be okay seeing him play for another team but i can't imagine him playing for another team in this division. I won't be able to watch him play us 2 times a year

Whatever the team decides, they have to make a decision. They either need to release him or trade him. Let's just move on at this point. Can't have this circus looming over the team. I want Favre to play for the Packers as badly as anybody, but this is really out of hand.

I wouldnt be surprised one bit that Brett be traded to the Bucs then once that happens he gets traded to Minnesota

as more and more comes out, I get more disgusted with the Packers

they better hope Rodgers is worth all of this because if he sucks or gets hurt(judging from his history it is possible) they are screwed
