i dont think oden is considered a rookie because he was on the squad. but if the rule doesn't play into effect (meaning he needed to have minutes logged in games) then i think he would win ROY.

Mayo is highly overrated people. He will be nothing more than Ben Gordon. ROY will go to Beasley, Oden, or Love. They will play for teams that will be much improved, and get huge minutes. Therefore, their stats will be better. I would expect the following:
Beasley: 17 ppg, 6 rpg
Oden: 10 ppg, 12 rpg, 2 bpg
Love: 12 ppg, 9 rpg, 3 apg

Beasley wins ROY simply because Wade is healthy, and Miami is a 4 seed in the playoffs coming off the worst record in the league

HOLD EVERYTHING. What about Marc Gasol. He is a big, Strong, Mean 7 footer and won MVP in the Spanish league. He could blend with our league better than the american Rookies. And wade should be up there becuase he could bring his team from the bottom to Near top in 1 year.

1. Paul
2. Kobe
3. Williams
4. Wade
5. Dwight

1. Beasly
2. Love
3. Oden
4. Marc Gasol
5. Mayo

cp3 is prob the best point guard in the league if not, he will be soon. but there is no way he's going to be able to do what he did last year, kobe is the best player in the league/world.

Why can't Paul do what he did last year?

Watch out for Tmac this year, the addition of Artest will probably improve his APG, and they should be in the tops in the league record wise. That is if they stay healthy and all that.

T-Mac will win the MVP this year. Don't even like him or care about the Rockets. The writing is on the wall in Houston this year though. WATCH OUT

Wow you vuys are showing no lo e to kobe. You guys are forgetting kobe puts up MVP numbers evert year and if his team wins 60 games which they are more than capable of, how could he not be first?

Furthermore i see CP3 putting up the same number but not as big of an impact bcuz it wont suprise people as much.

With that said my list is

Kobe
LeBron
CP3
Duncan
KG
Howard

For ROY i got

Oden
Beasly
and evryone else.

Why would the numbers Kobe is putting up be anymore surprising than Paul's. I would not be surprised by either's numbers, because I expect great play from both of them.

It does not make any sense.

Also the Hornets have just as good a chance to be first as the Lakers, than Paul would be a favorite over Paul. Plus Lakers have more talent than the Lakers, which would make Paul seem a little bit more valuable than Kobe to the Lakers. (Even though he is very valuable)
