From GreenAndWhite.com (http://noise.typepad.com/hey_joe/2008/11/sutons-knee-a-problem.html)

MSU coach Tom Izzo just said Goran Suton may have to miss the Old Spice Classic because of a lingering knee injury that he re-aggravated against IPFW. Suton may be able to play this week, MSU will do more tests today. But Izzo did not rule out a scope, which would take Suton out for two or three weeks anyway.

GOSTATE

I really love the style of play Coach Ford has put in. We hustle, play defense and run. It's fun to watch and it's actually working quite well.

Bah Siena got raped...but its basically because of their downfall, inside defense and shooting...

Guess we'll have to see how we do against Witchita State...

MD should be ranked. They whooped Mich ST and are going to take Gonzaga tonight

If they beat Gonzaga they've got a good shot at being ranked.

I think Vasquez is the best PG in the nation, but wow, I never saw that upset coming. Maryland has some solid pieces around him, but I didn't think they would have enough to take down a team like Michigan State in that type of fashion. A typical early season disaster for the Spartans.

They are guard heavy...

Vasquez is a beast and Hayes can knock down 3's all day. Watch out for Bowie for MD, him and Mosley, the freshman, are going to be key factors for MD coming off the bench.

Gonzaga vs. Tennessee is going to be a good game, hoping my Zags pull out the win, avenge the loss they took from last year's Battle in Seattle.
