The Sox seem to be interested in bringing back Orlando Cabrera.

They may also try to make a run at Josh Fields if he becomes available.

I don't believe all the stories about getting a SS..

Cora is still a great util backup and Lowrie is doing a great job. They have a lot of faith in him right now, he's making great contact and doing a great job defensively. Right now, the job is Lugo's to lose. Until he falters, this job is Lowries. He's simply playing to well to ignore.

Who would the Red Sox possibly give the White Sox in return considering the White Sox are looking to fill holes for their push to the playoffs. Usually teams in first trade with teams out of the running for proven veterans, not other teams in first.

Unless of course you believe the White Sox are throwing in the towel while they have a 3.5 game lead over the second place team in their division and are only a half a game behind the Red Sox overall.
