They'd be fighting to be a 6th-8th seed in the east and in the west they prolly wouldn't make it.

Silver medal in 888

in the east that team would be 5th seed losing in the 2nd round tops
in the west a 8th seed getting sweeped.

In a year, Rubio and Fernandez could get a lot better.

I'd say 6th seed in East

Wont be too successful because of all the physical players, European basketball in the NBA is too weak.

I see you have succumbed to the propaganda machines.

it's record will be something like 35-47

Pau Gasol and Calderone are good players, but Navarro, Garbajosa, and Marc Gasol are not starting caliber players. Pau is the only one who can do serious scoring.

on the other hand, if they form a good enough chemistry, they can beat opposing teams by just executing offense really well.

big "?" on defense. probably an 8th seed Eastern team.

That's almost the same team that won the FIBA World Championship in 2006. Did the US win a medal that year?

They'd be like the Spurs... a tight-knit team that plays smart, puts the team before personal glory/ ego/ contracts, and is a contender for the championship every year.

The 2006 NBA champions could probably beat the team the US assembled for that year.

i think it would depend on the development of rudy fernandez... they have a legit allstar in gasol and a great pass first pg in jose, all they would need (besides defense) would be another scorer and that would be fernandez... the rest are very good role players...

Wont be too successful because of all the physical players, European basketball in the NBA is too weak.

Euroleague rules actually allow more physical play than the NBA.

but yeeea...i think that team will probably make the playoffs in the East and have a chance of reaching the 2nd round but they won't be able to past the 2nd round. However, if they were in the West, they don't stand a chance...they'll probably rank around 10th place.

I think that team would be formidable in the NBA, a lot of talent on that roster, they would be a threat in both the East and the West, they would have to add a few players to really contend, but they would be a top seed in either conference.

McPeak92
