Was he a starter? Wasn't it Bill Cartwrite, then Luc Longley?

Anyway, I think Oberto from recent memory.

It wasn't Wennington it was Longley that was the starter. And yes he was probably the worst.

yeah, my bad.. i was questioning it as i wrote it, but i was drunk and went with it... longly was pretty bad.. i remember when i was a kid and at the award ceremony when they were shouting "luuuuuuuc" i had to had it explained to me that it wasn't "boooooo!!!" 'cause that's what i woulda' been shouting..

I'm quite sure championship team refers to someone that has actually won the title right?

i know he's not a starter but Horry's got to be the luckiest bench player in the L - how many rings now? with the rockets, lakers, spurs?

Maybe he refers to Radmanovic because the Lakers won the Conference Championship? I don't know. If it is going by Conference Champions as well then Vlade is definately the guy.

No, it mentioned championship team not a championship caliber team. Also you expect more from a Center than you do from a SF especially when you have no interior scoring to begin with. You don't expect a whole lot from Vladamir because you have two other guys in the frontcourt who could score.
Longley you expect to do more because the frontcourt has no real scoring.

And if we were going to base it on conference champions then Todd MacCulloch on the Nets in 2002 was probably as bad as Longley. And Jason Collins in 2003 would be the worst ever.

i must say big shot rob after he stopped sinking big shots, robert horry the past 3 years has just sucked, I know they didnt win this year but last year they were champs and in the finals against cleveland he took 2 threes in a game and i remeber one was an air ball and the other hit the top corner of the back board then hit the shot clock, this guy stopped hitting shots back in the 90's someone get him off the court, he should just be in the locker room ... a derik martin type player, why is he a starter

Weren't Damon Jones & Antoine Walker starters for the Heat in '06?!?!

Two of the worst NBA players to ever get a decent contract.

Longley and Walker were both horrible. And wasn't Brian Scallabrini (spelling???) on the celts last year. I think he even said he was horrible, haha

luc longley wasn't terrible, i don't know where you guys get that. The dude wasn't a monster, but he was solid defensively, worked hard, and knew his role. I'd take him over perkins anyday.
