I hear that D-Miles wants to make a come back into the NBA after being released from the Blazers with a career ending injury. he has worked out for a couple of team and all said that he looks good. Also any team that picks him up has to wait 10 games before he is able to play because he fail and league drug test, from the things i read it might not have been marijuana it may have been a performance enhancing drug to help him recovery from his injury.

Every Clipper fan remember when Miles and everyone hated that he got traded. it seem like he has not been the same player since he left.

we all know he is trying to make his way back into the NBA and if he is able to contribute to a team this year why not the Clippers take a nice look at him.
we really don't have no SF outside of Thornton and Thomas. he might be a good bench player for us and he would come for a min salary.

did i also mention that any team that gets him would cause some major damage to the Blazers salary Cap if he plays in 10 games.

what do you guys think?

Yes. Yes. Yes. Miles could be a back up three and a third string four. Mostly the Blazers would lose that cap space. And hey how great of a comeback story would his be if he finally reached that potential that was lost 4-5 years ago. The only town for a story like that is my beloved Hollywood.

Hot garbage.. Please dont recede into stupid past players like D-Miles. If he had half a brain, he would be a great player right now.

he would be a bench player i think he would love to come back to CA and play. can you imagine him getting lobs from Davis and Miles running down court giving his head pound.

iono, he brings alot of baggage apparently, do we want that? I would rather take a look at Alan Houston if we were going to bring somebody back coming off of serious health problems

i understand all that. but if he can contribute it would be great. he is a fan favorite and fan would love to have him back.

I don't really want him back. We could do better. It would be cool to screw the Blazers over tho.

actually, if we can pay him the league minimum then we must screw the blazers. they are too talented and young, maybe a quality vet or two away from getting in our way

i would like darius miles back just to gain some attention. us clips always need that. plus i have seen some people say that darius is there favorite clipper of all time, so it would be to their liking.

I hope that doesn't mean we gonna bring back QRich as well.

If we needed him and he was 100% I would be fine with him. However I don't think we need a SF. I'm pretty sure we signed we signed Azubuike to be our backup SF and I would bet Marcus Williams is better than Miles at this point.

If he can play and is 100 percent why not. I don't know too many Clipper fan that hate Miles, I know a lot were pissed off we trade him for Miller. If he can play behind Thornton and give some energy off the bench this only helps us.

100% co-signed. D-Miles is trash. Williams, Thornton, and KA are the future.

He would be good to have he is a crowd favorite that if he is a 100 percent. If not he can stay retired. If he can play he would bring a lot of excitment off of our bench and could help make our bench deeper.

yea..and he can relieve some ball handling...play 4 positions...

Now that we didn't get KA we should take a look at Miles he would come cheap and could payoff for us big time. He is 26 and could help us for a few years. What we offer him we would still have enough to sign another player.

i say just sign miles and shaun..

^^ that's a good idea. Also Dunleavy can find a hidden talent like he always do and will be ready for next season.

wouldnt doubt that...why not..we have the money and roster space.

Ross and Singleton we pretty good players and I would be suprised if he was able to find another player that could help us in a big way. Dunleavy will finds some good players to fill out our roster.

With us not getting Azubuike, Miles might be a fit. He has to be healthy go. We still need a solid contributor off the bench. I also don't see Miles getting anything more than the league minimum.

miles and shaun or sign n trade for smith....minus anything involving thornton.

No Shaun, no D-Miles.. Sorry not happening, they are both weak as hell.

every team has players that get garbage minutes or that dont play all year why not these two for those spots. they both may pan out and help the team sooner or later.

I say sign Miles if nothing else goes down before the season, even if he cant play, simply play him in 10 games and screw over the blazers. Hell just sub him in for each of the 10 games for like 3 seconds before half time or something. 30 seconds of play could hit the blazers a few million :smoking: might as well make them pay.

but there again, the blazers will never deal with you in the future...

no more signings imo.

b.davis-hart-taylor
mobley-gordon
thornton-r.davis-williams
camby-thomas-fazekas
kaman-jordan-powell

that is 14 and mike dunleavy likes to have a room for signing a short term contracts without cutting anyone.
