It's just hearsay from a blogger who says he's in the stands. However if you read what Marcus Thompson said, the Dubs went to watch that game. If you read a little deeper, Marcus is hinting that the Dubs are looking at Bobby Brown. On the Hornets summer league whose been doing a good job running PG.

By the way,
If you don't know what RMR stands for, it stand for the Rocky Mountain Revue. It's the summer league after Vegas in Denver.

Let's hope we get this guy, the more quality guys we get on our roster, the better our team. I'd also like to get Nick Caner Medley or Lorezo Mata Real, guys on the Lakers squad.

Funny name.

Nice game.

I hope he's on our squad in Denver even though he's on the Hornets right now. For what it's worth, in the now defunct LBSL, I've seen guys switch jersey's before a game.

Watched almost the entire 1st half, and Bobby Brown would look GOOD, in the Dubs uptempt offense.

Looks like Watson and Belinelli are not going to participate in the RMR in Denver.

More hints that we are going to receive another PG, Bobby Brown, to run our team.

I've watched 1 half, but I was extremely impressed. He's a legit point guard, one of the best if not the best in the summer league. We may have another diamond in the rough finding. 6'2" 170 lbs. He's actually reminds me of Monta Ellis in regards to his body and style of play. Not saying he's Ellis, cause BB is a better passer, but he uses his quickness to penetrate and then can elevate once in the paint.

he is on the hornets summer league team, how is it we can just pick this guy up if he is with the hornets?
can you just go pick up other peoples players during summer league if they are not on the official team roster?
im confused someone explain please

I don't know the rules, but I do know Bobby Brown has no contract with the Warriors.

Anthony Roberson was signed during the VSL by the Knicks, because the Knicks feared who would get signed by another team to a guaranteed contract. http://www.nypost.com/seven/07182008/sports/knicks/straight_shooter_120407.htm

Here's proof from ESPN that the Warriors are interested in Bobby Brown, just scroll to the bottom.

For what it's worth, I've personally seen guys switch Jersey's and teams before a summer league game. I recall the Dubs losing a few players to the Mavs back in the day. I believe it was Wang Zhi-Zhi and another player I can't recall at the moment.

More on Bobby B. Well know by tomorrow if he's on our squad. I heard Jamont Gordon is, so that's not a good sign.

If we somehow get on our RMR roster, he's our back-up PG for the season. I'm calling it now. MTA in the Euroleague, Geoff Petrie, Nelson, Chris Paul are all over this guy. CP3 has called and talked to him personally.

"No doubt this guy can play in this league." Words from Danny Granger 1 year ago, before he even tore up the summer league. He's alos been the workout partner of B-diddy.

Bobby Brown's Don't Be Cruel might be one of my favorite albums.

Monta Ellis' new look Warriors now have their new nickname.

"New Edition"

Take that, Run TMC.

are we going to be able to see the RMR league games on NBA.com????

Does that mean Hudson loses a spot or major minutes?

I'm also wondering how we could play Brown and Ellis at the same time - with Maggs clamoring for playing time. Though I love the idea of getting Louis Williams as well, I don't think he'll fit with the backcourt we currently have assembled. I guess Bobby Brown would be a lower risk addition, though a positive one regardless.

My buddy told me Geoff Petrie and the Kings were also interested in Bobby B.

It sucks that the Kings signed him to a 2 year minimum deal. We should have jumped all over a deal like this and let CJ Watson go. Here's hoping he's not the next Jamario Moon.

I've read about this guys for awhile now on draftexpress. A lot of hype about him, and it looks like he finally put it all together.

Geoff Petrie sucks!!! Actually he has a great eye for talent and is great at swinging deals.
