Dijon Thompson may be a sleeper on this team. He is a good scorer. I want to see what he can do.

Roster Outlook: This Rockets team probably won't win a lot of games in Vegas, but the most important thing for them is to find out what they have in the younger players poised to play for them next season. Aaron Brooks will really have to stand out if he hopes to extend his role next season. Shooting the ball consistently from the NBA three point line will be what gains Donte Green time – but he has to watch his shot selection carefully as well. There isn't much room for Russell Robinson on Houston's roster, but if he defends like he did at Kansas and hit the open jumper he may catch another team's eye. If Joey Dorsey hopes to make this team he's going to have to outperform Mike Harris, who really played well in spurts for Houston late last year. Loren Woods is in a position where he can succeed here. He's the only true center on this team and the Rockets really need depth behind Yao. Expect to see him at their training camp should he stand out.

It's all about the big guys for me in summer league! We are basically set from 1 to 3. With B Jax and Barry off the bench we don't have much room for the young guys. Just spot minutes to get some experience or if foul trouble is the case. Loren Woods and Dorsey need to show me something!

Where is our long, athletic SG? Barry is going to play in spots to add a shooter on the court. We are still in need of athletic scorers on the wings. Maybe M Harris has worked on that part of his game this summer, I guess we will see starting tomorrow. I don't say B Jax cause he could be dealt in a deal at the trade deadline and he is not long. Oh well we will see what happens.

He has just recovered from Mircofracture suregry on his knee. Could be shaky.

Does anyone who this Gustavo Barrera dude is?

This isnt a bad summer league team. I wanna see what these boys can do. I dont care about the others on the team.

Dosey isn't THAT impressive as i thought :( and Greene missed a lot of shot man the 2nd game

Yeah, Greene came back down to earth, but I didn't expect him to be scoring 40 points a game. Dorsey was 4 for 4 from the floor with 13 rebounds, that's not bad at all. I haven't watched the game yet so I can't comment on his defense, but he was awful from the free-throw line (0-6 :pity:) I expect he may be somewhere in between Landry and Hayes, skill-wise and in size. Better offense than Hayes, better defense than Landry, a little taller than Hayes, a little shorter than Landry, but worse than either in FT%.

Thats all we need is more poor free throw shooting from this team. I dont get it...as a player at this level you've pretty much played your whole life...why is it they cant make free throws???? Its so frustrating!!!

dorsey won't be going to line very often anyway. bringing in barry should translate to a big improvement in FT shooting.

Man the FG% of the whole team sux last game :( And it's just the summer leageau...

Does anybody know why Dorsey didn't played yesterday?
