This year is pretty crazy, just so many storylines from this year.

My number one. The Mets "stole" Johan Santana from the Twins yet they (who also lost torii hunter) are better than the mets this year and are poised for a playoff run.

I think The Mariners, and even the Tigers being rated so high and greatly underperforming would be a bigger story...

So you had to start a topic just to bash the Mets?

There should be many more topics just to bash the Mets.

I'll never predict anything ever again after a lot of the bull**** that's happened this year. Absolutely unbelievable

^^ don't post in it then. The Mets trading for Santana and being under 500, while the Twins are winning is pretty crazy

Tampa being in first is crazy...

Tampa is first is a bigger deal than the mets sucking

The Tigers and Indians falling off the face of the AL Central when they were suppose to run away with it is a bigger deal

The White Sox starters

The Athletics in contention AGAIN

The Dodgers underachiving

The Cardinals coming out of nowhere

The Marlins in 2nd in the NL East

theres a lot of crazy stuff going on, there always is. johan to the mets is far down my list. i and many others missed the mets biggest flaw which is their bullpen, looking back on it anyone could have seen that coming.

if u ask me thats the theme of the season is the immergence of an important bullpen, every surprise team has a good one, and every bust team has a bad one.

with starters being treated the way they are in todays game i think Gms are going to start to recognize your never going to win without guys in the 6th 7th 8th and 9th.

glad kenny williams picked up on that early

You can say the same thing about the A's and Harden.

It really is true, though.
