"at a minimum value deal."
"Eddie House, Tony Allen, Roger Mason and, believe it or not, Juan Dixon."

With JO and Jawii expected to arrive to the Toronto Roster. And Delfino either accepting or rejecting (I hope he accepts, but most likely will reject to take more money in Europe) - We will finally find out who the 13th man of the Toronto Raptors.

Doug suggested the following players, but here are a few that could go for a minimum value deal.

So who do you think we should sign (remember, that they plan on signing a combo guard).

Eddie Jones
Tyronn Lue - maybe
Lindsey Hunter
Ronald Murry - maybe
Brent Barry
Damon Stoudamire - maybe
Gordon Giricek
Kevin Ollie
Fred Jones
Darrell Armstrong
+
Eddie House
Tony Allen
Juan Dixon
Roger Mason jr.

I once liked Damon but watching him with the Spurs & seeing him get benched for being ineffective, I rather try a different route. Out of this group I like Tony Allen

What ever happened to James White he was 6'6 and could touch 12 feet standing still....college dunk competion...I heard he was fast enough to cover the one....Let's bring him to summer league.

so when are we going to have a press conference?

Waiting for the July 9th moratorium date to pass.

Ford is a base-year compensation player until the first day that next season's cap rules kick in (July 1), and so the trade won't work under the cap until then. From then until July 9, the league has a moratorium on trades and signings.

It would be great if we could get him. It would take more then the minimum but if he came I really believe he would be starting by mid season, if not earlier. He's young, aggressive, can defend, slash, drive and dunk on people's faces:).

Jose
Allen
Parker
Bosh
Oneal

Also IDK where Mason went when I was ranking the players but IMO he will get way more then the minimum and be too expensive for us. He would be my #2 option though.

Eddie Jones, Lindsey Hunter and Brent Barry will have more attractive teams going after them.

He had that injury 2 years ago and played last season healthy. Like Bob said, I think he's healed.

heres a free agent that isn't on the list. Earl Boykins. He's Number #1 on MY list. but out of that list, i like Lindsey Hunter, but i doubt he will sign w/ us.

he looks like he has healed.

He has healed but not back to what type of player he was when he was trade. He lost his nick name Tony the Tiger due to the injury. He used to get up there with the best of them in vertical ability. I wouldn't mind him or Roger Mason Jr.(He isn't as crappy as he was with Toronto). Eddie House would be nice too to spread the floor for JO, and Bosh.

out of all the free agents that were listed i would say Tony Allen and Ronald Murray are the best at getting to the rim therefore i would hope that one or the other is the free agent we sign

Go with Mighty Mouse. The 13th man isn't all that important and Damon is still an okay PG plus the fans would love it.

LOL that was probably one of the weakest fast break dunks I have ever seen.

Now compared it to
1) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R0GdWbqvILQ&feature=related

2)http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R0GdWbqvILQ&feature=related watch Melo's poor defense ( but look at the explosition of the ground in traffic from the fast break you showed posted).

And the career (ending dunk) injury. AKA his fantasy dunking career is over.

For the 13th man, anyone know where Darrell Armstrong's at? I think I remember him on Indiana last year. He lead a big comeback against us last year I think. IMO he would be a good fit. Is he a free agent?
