Well, now that they've fired that awful manager, they should be looking to 2009 for a potential good season.

Next thing to do is get rid of J.P.

On June 16th, they were 7 games under .500.

Here, on July 6th, they're now just 3 games under .500, and playing more consistent baseball.

If I remember correctly, isn't the Power Rankings suppose to be ranked by how the teams have done RECENTLY? If not, then I stand corrected.

So many people do not understand the concept of power rankings. Power rankings don't mean which team leads their divison, it also doesn't mean that a team with a worse record can't be higher than a team with a better one. Its also doesn't mean that team A just swept team B so team A is better, its who is currently the best assembled team or the most "powerful" team.

If it's based on who has been hot as of late the Twins gotta be like #3, we've won the past 19 of the last 23 games. Sox have won last 11 of 23, clearly we are much hotter Top 3 have to be.

Chill out there man no reason to spaz out over PSD power rankings. As already said I don't put records into my power rankings, the Twins have been hot lately and maybe are starting something I would just like to see them do it for over a month before I place them ahead of one of the best rotations in the AL.

It amazes me to see how everyone is down and out on the NL West but the NL East isn't that much better. Yeah, the Dodgers are tied for 1st w/ a losing record, but both AZ and LA have either a)have a lot of young players b)a lot of injuries. I put the Dodgers in the same category as the Phillies and Mets IMO. and Past Florida.
