Since we have all these best duo/trio/razor/threeways threads how about which are the only teams in the nba worthy enough to produce a BIG 4?

Plus there are a few teams on the verge of creating some of their own BIG 4's...

Lakers
Detroit
Portland has the potential

Big 4's wouldn't be so big... Well their stats wouldn't be.

Denver has a big 4 but the other two don't contribute any offense.

Melo, AI, Camby, and K-Mart... All 4 have been in the playoffs, 3 of them in the finals

New Orleans Hornets--
Chris Paul
David West
Tyson Chandler
Peja
It has everything- Post Game, 3 Pointers, Driving, Defense

Celtics could get Maggette.

I bet you weren't laughing at K-Mart when he was in the finals with Kidd.

Same with Camby with the Knicks, although you were probably just a 12 year old. Hell you probably are a 12 year old considering the abundance of immaturity you put into a single laugh.

Grow up. :pity:

The Lakers have a really good big 4:

Kobe Bryant- 2007-2008 NBA MVP
Pau Gasol- World Championship MVP, 1 time All-Star, Rookie of the Year, 20 and 9 guy
Andrew Bynum- averaged 19 and 13 in the month of January in the games prior to the one he got injured (game before injury- 25 points/17 rebounds/3 blocks in 28 minutes...)
Lamar Odom- He's a 15 and 10 guy who is extremely versatile and can run the point.

How about a team with like 10 players who would start in almost every team in teh nba and wich holds 3 of the best potential candidates for Rookie of the year?

Portland is SCARY

Bayless all-star potential

Roy SUperstar potential

Webster All-star Potential

Rudy Fernandez All-star Potential

Aldrige all-star potential

Frye all star potential

Oden superstar potential.

plus Blake Outlow, Batum who may be no all stars but could be career startesrs somwhere else.

Gosh the "worst" players they have are an International Center a World Champion PG and and a Former Lottery pick from teh Warriors....

which ten and which three??? Roy and Oden are the only players that would have a starting spot on most teams. Aldridge and Frye would compete for a spot... but the rest would be riding the end of the bench right now... And as fr ROY's the story starts and ends with mayo, beasley, oden, rose... where are your three???

Portland has a bright future... but no need to get carried away now...

Oden , Bayless and Rudy fernandez can win ROY, and dont trust me, check espns top 20 candidates list.

as for the other thing.

ill take Rudy as an example, he was arguably the best player nto in the Nba last year.

im sure he coudl start at the 2 spot in NY,TOR,ORL,WAS,CHA,CLE,IND,LAC,GS,PHO,S.A,DAL,MEM, N.O,DEN,UTAH,MIN,

Portland will be good next year and probably make the playoffs, but they won't do any real damage for 2-3 years from now because of maturity and experience.

If Orlando gets Maggette, they would have a big 4 of Corey, Hedo, Dwight and Rashard.

Ok I think the question was what team has a big 4.... the Lakers don't count cuzz Bynum and Gasol play the same position(C) the Spurs don't count cuzz Bowen and Ginobly

The only team that has a ''BIG'' 4 is the Pistons
Billubs
Hameltion
Prince
Wallace

There r a lot of teams w/ 3
Celtics
Heat
Suns
Spurs
Lakers
Hornets
Utah

Not 1 of thoes teams playes a 4 on 4 with the pistons in a game to 21 and wins.... maybe the lakers and only cuzz Kobe would put up like 17

The Lakers will have the best 4 man rotation in the league and then a good shooter at PG as well.

You realize that Gasol & Bynum don't play the same position, right? Gasol is a PF, while Bynum is a C

If we get Maggette, we could have a big 4..

I think the Bobcats have a big 4. Felton/Jrich/Wallace/Okafor

Even the Hawks: Bibby/JJ/J-smooth/Horford.

I think Josh Smith is going to smoothly transport himself over to Philly this summer. (if that happens the 76ers will have a pretty damn solid core) Although I would love to see him in LA...
