Interesting-will they be dumping some of the questionable refs that are currently working?

Good, now we don't have to worry about another incident like what happened in game 2 of the NBA finals this year where Boston shot 38 free throws and the Lakers shot 10.

I will also lay odds that Kobe will have a break out season if the officiating is fair .

:laugh2:

The same can be said about the officiating in the Utah series as well or Spurs series.

He's probably just a figure head. Just to appease the masses. I doubt that there will be any real changes.

Refs call everything for kobe, every ticky tac, little touch me foul he gets, and ends up shooting free throws....One game in boston we shot more FTs and now Kobe is treated unfairly??

Funny....

At least Stern is taking a step in the right direction. Not sure he hired the right guy, but at least he's doing something...which is what the fans want. But basically, no matter what he does, most fans wont give Stern the benefit of the doubt. Hopefully it makes a difference. It can't hurt.

I hate christians who think that for some reason they're better than everybody else. Stop being ignorant.

I really have no problem at all with the officiating in the NBA or in the latest NBA Finals series. Seemed pretty fair to me. There will be fans in every sport (usually of the losing team) saying that the ump/ref/official was terrible. Just the way fans are.
