Stars are personal ratings on the player. Factors include Contract, Age, Potential, What the team wants for him, and so on. I personally would try to strike a trade with Memphis for Conley or Mayo or Portland for Bayless (Imagine Baron leading that squad for the next half decade). I would not mind most of these guys (List may be incomplete), but for some its best to get a veteran for them to learn from. Our Trade Assets are mainly Picks, S/T (Baron, Monta, Bieds), and our young guys.

Memphis:

Mike Conley Jr. ****
Javaris Crittenton ***
O.J. Mayo *****
Kyle Lowry ***

Charlotte:

Raymond Felton ****

Chicago:

Ben Gordon ****
Kirk Hinrich ***

Detroit:

Chauncey Billups ****

Rockets:

Aaron Brooks ***

Nets:

Marcus Williams ****

Portland:

Jerryd Bayless *****

We're REBUILDING if Baron leaves. We're not putting a band aid on an emergent situation. We'll grow as a young squad and be reborn with the cash and roster to land a top notch 2010 free agent.

And Portland and Memphis are going to trade thier recent Draft picks(Mayo and Bayless) to an in-conference rival.

We get a PG, it has to be big PG, no midgets' to pair with Monta. Or we let Monta run the point and resign Buike for the 2 guard spot. I would rather try Monta at the PG and resign Buike or trade for a young SG from a playoff contending team that could use a 20 pt. scorer like Jackson.

Except Stephen Jackson has no trade value because
A) He isn't a 20 point scorer on any other team but the Warriors.
B) He's a choke who cost the Warriors the playoffs this season.

IF we dont get Arenas we should trade Jackson and Harrington. Save money and then in 2010 try and sign Chris Bosh.

Monta
Buike/Belenelli
Randolph
Bosh
Biedrins

We should get rid of Stephen Jackson for a PG and then sign Josh Smith, hed provide some much needed defense in the paint and on the peremeter and hes a great scorer. Then get rid of Harrington for a cheap stop gap PF before we go after Bosh

2010
PG Mike Conley/Raymond Felton
SG Monta Ellis
SF Josh Smith
PF Chris Bosh
C Andris Biedrins
