If one of these retired NBA players were to come back to the NBA so they can acquire a ring, which of the players would you take?

I think I settle with Reggie..

Coz,
"a shooters hand never die.. Once ur dangerous shooter, you'll always be one"..

his a fighter and always wanted to win..

and besides that, a shooter doesn't need to be too much athletic to shoot..
they just need an open shot and a good set up.. thats the reason why most of the shooters have much more longer career than those players who attacks the basket.. (like Mike)..

so if I will choose from the retired guys i go to REGGIE..

If Hakeem could still play I'd take him. We desperately missed a presence under the basket, and I don't think Hakeem would be as scared as Pau to go down there...

Pip could have done us a few favours too.

Remember when Reggie was working out to come back to the Celtics at the beginning of the season. Well I bet he is regretting that now.

I would take Reggie for sure. Shooters...look at Brent Barry.

Reggie is the only one that may contribute...

None really. The Lakers have a young, contending core. None of the names above really stands out. All are old and I question if they can still play.

I just thought he meant if they could still play, which one would you choose?

That's why I picked Hakeem. I probably wouldn't actually be able to give you what he used to now, but if he could play at or close to that level, he'd be my pick...

Haha if any of those players give what they used to give they would be useful in any team.

If Jordan would do what Jordan did than I'd take a Jordan/Kobe backcourt anyday. It's a dilemma every game that Kobe/Jordan will ask between each other: "Wanna play offense or defense tonight?"

Hakeem easy. Great back up for Bynum and he and Kareem could re-live old times

You guys forgetting theyre 45ish years old? why would you take a center, at that age he`ll probably be slow as hell and get out worked. I'd take reggie for sure because hes simply a shooter and I dont think he`ll lose his shot at this age.

Stockton if someone put a gun to my head.. the guy never slows down, i think he could still do well if he started at PG for our team.. other than that, none.

I would like to see Reggie get a Ring and I think he could contribute the most on the List. Reggie is my all-time Favorite player. I love his shooting and attitude. As cut-throat and clutch a player as you will find. He was a killer, just never had quite enough around him.

Lets take MJ, he has 6 rings, he can give up 1 ring to each of our 5 starters, and Bingo!!! We have another Ring...LOL...

Michael Jordan easily, have him play for about 15 minutes a game and mainly in the 4th quarter, his mind is still sharper than any player in the league, he can get his shot off against anyone. MJ, no question, his mentality is still there, his body is old, but for 15 minutes, he would get it done, trust.

True, but would Charles Barkley still be in shape to even run up and down a court?
