Easily Ron Artest, he is the better player and Marion doesn't fit with the Lakers.

Ron-Ron.

ron artest man, plus marion's little bunny hop shot is weak compared to ron's and ron is like 260lbs and could guard 1-4 spots pretty quick for a guy that weighs that much

Ron no doubt

But why does it matter if you pair him with KB24? I know they are friends but...

Artest...either would work well, but Artest has the the D, the toughness, and he respects Kobe.

Ron Artest is by far the better player, but Marion still has his sanity which is pretty big in my opinion. I guess though Artest hasn't done anything ******** in a while so he may be headed in the right direction.

Marion is the better player IMO, but I rather have Artest to pair up with Kobe.

I like Marion, but Artest would fit better

Marion is perhaps the best player in the league at being productive without dominating the ball so I dont know why Laker fans would prefer Artest.... if Artest is at the top of his game defensively then its close but right now I think Marion is the better impact player.

Marion an impact player?

Marion? the better player?

Feel like qualifying your statements with any rationale? Or prefer to just repeat your opinion in different ways?

Ron Artest is more of an individual player. Marion thrives off of talent around him. If I were the Lakers GM I'd want to take Artest, because he is with rival Sacramento. He also is a premier defender, so it's just what the Lakers need.

Artest, one of the things he can do that marion can't is create his own shot

id take marion. hes a better all around talent. he plays jus as gud defense and doesnt get his respect. nash ruined his respect by his becoming a 3rd option. his role was to do the dirty stuff only and only score if open or off put-backs. kobe is respected by everyone and that includes marion. it isnt just ron whom he is friends with. imm not degrading ron but how is he better than marion in any way? and dont say defense because they both play it exceptionaly. ron might have the edge but nowhere near enough

marion would be in the same place he was in phoenix the third option and he didnt like that now did he
lakers need defense and toughness ron ron is the one

itd b a lot different in LA....theyd actually have everything in place for a title. yes his role wiould be very similar but hed be in a better city too and he and kobe have chemistry also. plus his biggest gripe was he was their only real defensive player and had to cover for everyone on the team save raja...thats not true in LA. kobe plays D, fisher does, and bynum too. itd be a lot easier

Matrix for me. Artest is insane and he will never get over that..hes way too wheels off to depend on.
