Lars went 2/3 Thursday, hitting a single going the other way to left driving in a run and walking leading up to him scoring another run on route to an 8-6 win over Delmarva.

Anderson went 2/2 yesterday smacking a line drive to right for a single and homering to right. Greenville got crushed 10-1.

He'll be promoted, most definitely, IMO. No way he goes all the way to Boston, but I could see him in Lancaster for the end of their season. He's too good not to. He's ETA is 2010, but if he makes his way to Portland to start off next season and to Pawtucket mid-season, I could see him being in Boston, for at least a Cup-o-Joe, as soon as late next season. Baring injury to him and if there's an injury to Youks or whom ever is at third for us

Lars went 2/4 with a walk. In the 3rd he singled up the middle to score Jason Place. In the 5th he walked and later scored. In the 8th Lars singled up the middle again this time to score Josh Reddick and later scored. Greenville won the game 8-7 over Lakewood.

Anderson went 0/3 walking in the 7th and later scoring a run when Jonathan Egan tripled and got hit by a pitch in the 9th in Greenville's 7-5 loss to Lakewood.

After having a day off Lars went 2/5. He singled on a ground ball hit to the second basemen scoring a run in the first and singling on a line drive to left during the 9th inning as Greenville lost to Rome 4-3.

In his Lancaster debut Lars went 1/3. In the first inning he hit a sacrifice fly to center to score Jon Zeringue. In the third he singled on a ground ball to the pitcher. Lancaster won the game 6-4 over Stockton.

Anderson went 2/3 with 5 RBI's and 3 walks Sunday. In the third he hit a three run homer (his first in Lancaster), he walked and later scored. In the sixth he walked again and later scored again. Then in his next at bat in the sixth he smoked a double on a line drive to center and later scored. In the bottom of the 8th he walked once again. Lancaster won the game 20-5.

Lars went 2/4 with one RBI Tuesday. In the first he singled on a line drive to center scoring a run. In the 8th he singled on a line drive to center once again. Lancaster lost to San Jose 9-5.

Lars has really been surging lately, the last ten games he's been hitting at a 450 clip with 5 hr's and 12 rbi's.
