She supposedly experienced head trauma, a disc protrusion on her spine, bad sprains, contusions and bruises all over her body, and severe shock from being smacked in the face, yet needed no medical attention, did not file a police report, and demanded to get back into the party bus with the people she later accused of assaulting her?

You also forgot to link the TMZ followup... entitled "Party Bus Accuser ADMITS [LeSean] Never Touched Her"

    http://www.tmz.com/2013/06/26/lesean...y-bus-lawsuit/

Where they got texts from the woman attempting to give her story to other "witnesses" on the bus to testify in the court case. She claims in court that LeSean never touched her, but "encouraged" this bodyguard to get rid of her.
Based on those stories it seemed like she didn’t want him to get in trouble because he didn’t actually hit her. The story though does sound a bit similar to this most recent girl. Instead of being the one to actually put his hands on the girl he had his boys do it. That’s what is being reported in this most recent case and it appears that is exactly what happen on the party bus. Even the incident where his boys got into that bar brawl with the off duty cops, it appears to be a case where he sent his boys to do the dirty work. I could be completely wrong but to me appears to always be the same M.O.

Zeke got 6 games in spite of never being convicted of a crime. This most recent incident for Shady is much worse because it involves a home invasion. I’d expect the suspension to be about the same.

    Tell that to Ezekiel Elliott.

Stop with the 'suspended despite no conviction' analogies.....it's not the same thing. It's a personal conduct policy, not a criminal offense policy. Adrian Peterson wasn't convicted of a crime either, yet so many had zero issue with him missing virtually an entire year.

Yep. Turns out the girl on the bus admitted in court McCoy never touched her.

With the off-duty cops who fought McCoy's friends at the bar, they investigated for months and found nothing.
    First 4 years:
    Brown - 54 GP, 27 GS, 261 catches (63.3%) for 3,561 yds (8.6 AVG), 15 TD
    Landry - 64 GP, 57 GS, 400 catches (70.2%) for 4,038 yds (10.1 AVG), 22 TD

Huh. Wonder why Landry is getting paid so much...

Right, so let's expand this to other NFL policies.

If an NFL player is seen around people who are smoking weed, they should be suspended just like if they failed a drug test, right?

Stop with the "didn't fail a drug test" analogies. Everyone knows they're smoking tons of weed.

    1. Police visited residence multiple times. July 2017, McCoy told police Delicia Cordon had items he borrowed from a jeweler. McCoy wanted them, but was concerned she’d “make false accusations about him” of a domestic violence nature.

    2. Police responded to the residence in April and June of 2018, both times regarding McCoy trying to take furniture from the home. Both times it was resolved peacefully.

    3. When police responded to this week’s incident, Delicia Cordon told police she believed McCoy had set up the jewelry robbery in the house.

4.On the potential evidence front, Delicia Cordon told police that neighbors next to LeSean McCoy’s house have external surveillance cameras and may have caught something useful on them.

    5. In a somewhat odd twist, a conversation between dispatch and police noted that a bedsheet was hanging out of a second story window. Unclear if it was used by someone fleeing the house (such as Cordon’s son) or another person. It was NOT the robber’s point of entry, apparently.

    6. Another oddity, going back to the July 2017 call to police during a LeSean McCoy-Delicia Cordon argument, Cordon was actually arrested at the scene during that incident and taken in for an outstanding traffic warrant.

    7. Also going back to that July 2017 police response to the house, LeSean McCoy alleged to police that Delicia Cordon had “followed” him to Las Vegas and accused him of cheating on her, precipitating an apparent breakup, then talked about it on social media.

Because that’s never been in question. In every incident he’s been involved in he makes sure he’s not the one that actually puts his hands on people. He just sends his goons to do the dirty work. Doesn’t make him any less guilty if he’s the guy giving the order for the attack. He better hope there isn’t any cell phone records of him giving the order to attack the girl. If there is a suspension will be the least of his worries.
