    Sanchez has not completed six innings in five of his last eight starts, but he is 4-1 with a 3.79 ERA in six career starts against the Yankees.

    Jonathan Loaisiga, RHP

    Loaisiga will make his fourth career start on extended six days rest. The right-hander earned his second win of the season last time out, carrying a no-hitter into the sixth inning and striking out a career-high eight batters against Philadelphia. HE is the first Yankees pitcher since 1908 to toss at least 5.0 shutout innings with 3H-or-fewer twice within his first three career games.

    Sean Newcomb, LHP

    Newcomb threw his third consecutive quality start on Wednesday, and his 11th overall. The 25-year-old is 1-0 with a 2.25 ERA in three Interleague starts this season, but has not faced the Yankees in his career.

    Domingo German, RHP

    After pitching a scoreless inning of relief last Wednesday, German will make his 10th start this season against the Braves. In his last start, the right-hander allowed six runs on nine hits through just three innings against Tampa Bay

    Julio Teheran, RHP

    Teheran threw six shutout innings and allowed just two hits in Friday's win, during which fastball command allowed him to work ahead in the count and attack aggressively with all of his pitches.

    CC Sabathia, LHP

    Sabathia is coming off a stellar outing against the Red Sox, tossing seven sparkling innings while allowing just one run on six hits. The left-hander is 3-1 with a 3.31 ERA in four career starts against the Braves.

    Would like to see Higashioka back in there tonight. No need to rush Romine back...would like to see if he could run the bases, he looks to have some speed.
