(43-20) Boston Red Sox Vs. Chicago White Sox (20-40)

Game 1: Friday, June 8, 7:10 PM ET
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Chris Sale (5-3) - (3.00) ERA

Sale (5-3) took the loss Friday as the Red Sox fell 7-3 to the Astros, allowing four runs on six hits and a walk over six innings while striking out six.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Dylan Covey, RHP (1-1) - (2.82) ERA

Covey seeks back-to-back strong outings in his fifth start of 2018. The right-hander had a no-decision in his last start against Milwaukee despite allowing just one run - none earned - in five innings. He struck out seven. He's never faced Boston.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Game 2: Saturday, June 9, 4:05 PM ET
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    David Price (6-4) - (4.08 ERA)

Price (6-4) allowed three runs on five hits and a walk while striking out seven over six innings to earn the win Saturday against the Astros
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Carlos Rodon (0-0) - (0.00 ERA)

Rodon allowed two runs on six hits, but he made it to 92 pitches and should be cleared to join the White Sox rotation this week -- possibly Friday against the Red Sox at Fenway Park. That's a matchup to avoid for fantasy purposes, but Rodon registered a promising 1.53 ERA and 28/5 K/BB ratio over 17 2/3 total innings on his minor league rehab assignment and is worth stashing away for future use. The 25-year-old former No. 3 overall pick has been on the disabled list all season following September shoulder surgery
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Game 3: Sunday, June 10, 1:05 PM ET
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Rick Porcello, RHP (8-2) - (3.59 ERA)

Porcello (8-2) picked up the win against the Astros on Sunday, giving up three runs (two earned) on five hits over 6.1 innings, striking out five and walking two in a 9-3 win for Boston
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Reynaldo Lopez, RHP (1-4) - (3.42 ERA)

Lopez looks to build on his scoreless outing against Minnesota in his last start. Lopez allowed one hit in seven innings. Hes surrendered two or fewer hits in four of his 12 starts. He's had five starts with one run or fewer allowed.

How many HR's do you think JD will hit? Hit 45 last year. Probably can reach that.

I'm guessing 46-50 . A little over a third thru the season . About 90 games left . I just hope he doesn't do the home run derby at the ASG.

It's getting increasingly annoying that betts keeps missing games. Must be worse than they are saying

Him and Peady are going to BAL with the team. So fingers cross Betts will be able to play. If not then you have to start to wonder.

I think that he (and Betts) have already declined.

He was on the DL. As it turned out, he played the first day he was eligible to return.
