Agree that it wasn’t the best time for basketball but I think the Pistons team would do well in any time frame. Their starters could shoot, pass, and defend extremely well. They moved the ball pretty good and moved off ball really well. They would do just fine

[Stein] Draft scuttle: Hearing Toronto is exploring all of its trade options in hopes of assembling a deal to acquire a draft pick high enough to select Kentucky's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander

According to one league source, no one on Toronto's roster is off limits as the Raptors pursue a top-10 pick

Interesting. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander grew up one hour from Toronto. He hasn't worked out for any teams. He declined to name which teams he met with at the Combine. He hasn't even done much media since. 🤔🤔🤔

Not to rule it out completely, but I'd be very surprised if the Raptors moved into the lottery. Both publicly and privately, management has indicated they have no intention of taking a step back in the short-term. A top-10 pick wouldn't come cheap. Can't see it.

Interesting sounding player. Imagine Wright, OG, and Poeltl would be the main players the Raps would offer up
