Imagine having Harper sandwiched between Upton and Trout...yikes.

I hope he leaves the Nats. They're a waste of his talent, forever having great regular seasons then choking in October.

If thereís any player I want the Steinbrenners to open their checkbook for, itís Harper. They have the payroll room, and they can still resign Gardner if they can get rid of Hicks, thereís room. Frazier isnít old, he can stick around, maybe learn to play CF while Florial gets ready for 2020-2021. Thereís enough room in the outfield/DH to make it work. But with the young talent and steller pitching the Nats have, if they can finally do some sort of damage in the playoffs (just make it to the NLCS), I can 100% see him staying in Washington. So Iíd say Nats/Yankees/Cubs/Dodgers

That's what I'm saying. The thought of teaming up with Trout must have crossed his mind. Big market team, best player in baseball, etc. If Ohtani shows he's the real deal as well... it could be really tempting.

    Big market team? Lol.

Maybe by the numbers, but one of the biggest reasons Trout isnt more marketable is the team he plays for.

If he came up through the Dodgers, Cubs, Yankees, Boston, hell even Toronto.....Trout would be 10x as matketable.
