I was interested in that stat & you're correct.

He batted .377 1st half of last season.

I think what we are seeing with JT is probably the norm.

It makes me a little ill thinking about our #3 in the lineup being a 260 hitter.

I'm fine with JT. But he's just seemed somewhat underwhelming since the beginning of the World Series. Hopefully his injury has completely healed and isn't an issue right now.

I think the injury is still bothering him, but he'll never say it to anybody. I remember a couple years ago he started the year slow and I think it was due to an injury. Maybe during the season or something done offseason. Anyways, he came on strong in the second half. I am hoping for the same this year.

The offense has been in a funk since the beginning of the Angels series.

I hope Muncy gets voted in. I am a little surprised that Stripling didn't get an all star invite, he has been great this year

I was surprised that Stripling was left off the initial All Star team roster, but good to see that he made it.

A lot of Dodgers fans are upset Muncy lost the final vote. I don't think he got robbed. That player from the Brewers is probably having a better year.

Dodger fans need to realize that they were the only ones voting for Muncy. I'm sure considering the Brewers are doing so well right now their is a lot more attention on there players and that helped a lot. Plus, baseball fans who actually vote based off a players talent & stats voted for Aguilar before Muncy.

    Hudson has been overused lately.

I know he has been used a lot more in important situations. He also had been used for multiple innings several times in the last month or so.

I have respect for Utley because it sure seems like he's going to retire today.

Nevermind. I'm reading that Chase will finish out the season.
