He'll get a fair deal and rightfully so. We will be cutting Shariff Floyd here soon to clear another $6million and then Murray was asked to take a pay cut or he will get cut. That will put us at $60 million in cap before the Cousins deal. I assume we front load to open space the next 2 years.

I like the "QB win% vs Cap hit% since 2013" chart where they brag about correlation coefficients based on a sample size so small it is insignificant.

Since linking images is allowed, makes more sense to link the picture:

Better analysis would be to look at records of QBs the year they sign their new deal and see what % of the cap it was that year. Also, the QB winner chart above, but remove rookie deals from the data set.
    First 4 years:
    Brown - 54 GP, 27 GS, 261 catches (63.3%) for 3,561 yds (8.6 AVG), 15 TD
    Landry - 64 GP, 57 GS, 400 catches (70.2%) for 4,038 yds (10.1 AVG), 22 TD

Huh. Wonder why Landry is getting paid so much...

"Hater" is a term used by weak minded people in the face of legitimate criticism.

Shows how great that Broncos defense was in 2015, with Manning taking up such a high percentage of the cap and not providing much in the playoffs.

To be fair, Manning was only making $15M that year but had bonuses of $5M if he won the Super Bowl lol

And it's correlated because we're talking about cap hit on a QB as it relates to Cousins. Please try to catch up.

You keep saying that but show us in his numbers where he is overrated. And don't just bring W/L into this conversation.

Was Drew Brees overrated 2014-2016 when the TEAM went 21-26? In fact his numbers were worst this year then in any of those 3 years yet they won 11 games. I wonder why that was?

Who is this Floyd you speak of? Michael is a complete non-factor (and was on a 1 year deal) and Sharrif may never play football again. Robison will either retire this year or next.

    Kirk Cousins to Vikings

A little worried about the money and full guarantees but I'll be more excited for cousins than Keenum/Bradford at their prices so there's that.
