Talent wise, not a chance. But based on the fact Jordan Reed cant seem to play more than 5 games a season, I understand where youre coming from.

Exactly. You don't think Keenum > Bradford either.

The #1 ability of any player is availability. Bradford really sucks with that ability lol. I hope Zona has a solid backup option.

Yeah, because teams want the healthy Bradford, who is actually good.

But nobody wants the injured Bradford who sits on the bench.

Teams continue to gamble on Sam knowing his talent, despite his injury history.

If Jordan Reed was a free agent right now, teams would also gamble on his talent despite his injury history.

It's the exact same logic. When healthy Reed is better than Kyle Rudolph.

    Haven't heard of Kyle Rudolph?
    First 4 years:
    Brown - 54 GP, 27 GS, 261 catches (63.3%) for 3,561 yds (8.6 AVG), 15 TD
    Landry - 64 GP, 57 GS, 400 catches (70.2%) for 4,038 yds (10.1 AVG), 22 TD

Huh. Wonder why Landry is getting paid so much...

Or Adam Thielen who is the actual #1 receiver in the Vikings offense.

I don't think Adam plays TE.

Their talent is far closer than the talent of Bradford and Keenum though, that's kind of my point. Reed may be the better talent, but Rudolph isn't a slouch.

If both Rudolph and Reed were FA's I wouldn't bat an eye in taking Rudolph over Reed. If I ended up with Keenum over Bradford though, I'd be severely disappointed from a talent perspective, if that makes sense.

Yes, but his skillset is a bit different from Reed. Rudolph has the more balanced, all-around skillset while Reed excels as a receiver and getting downfield in the seam. That's huge for a QB who thrives off playaction. That's why I said they should look for that skillset in the draft, because they already have Rudolph and don't need to invest heavily in that if they don't need to.
