Coming off a bad performance against Pittsburgh I do not expect much better in Chicago. I know these two teams play each other tough but the Wings really have no business beating the Hawks.

AA to Larkin gets the Wings off to a better start than against Pittsburgh.

Swing and a miss LFLOL, swing and a miss. Wings actually look interested, engaged, and have taken it to the Hawks, in Chicago no less.

The PP is so bad. I can't remember who I was watching but they had a right shot right in the left faceoff dot. Frk is up high. Of course the passing to get there was A+. Zetterberg and Kronwall are not good PP players. Mantha should be a one-time option.

Here it is. Kyle Palmeri. The truth is though, we don't have that great passer on the PP.

Not sure why Bishop was so far out of position there but I'll take the open net goal for Daley. Just 46 seconds in too.

Here's the gifs of Bert's assists. So much patience.

I had penciled Lil Bert as a pure physical/grinder kind of guy initially after seeing him. That said, I have been impressed with some of his other skills. Letting things happen and patience for example. I am not sure he is a top 6 guy but I can see him sticking around as a solid all around player.

I think he's one of those guys who will work both up and down a lineup. He's got some skill himself, he's a hard worker with high IQ, and he likes to muck it up in the greasy areas. He's the type of player that compliments other skilled players really well.

Your last sentence captures Bert, his skill set compliments other skilled guys...and not the way Abby does, because Bert can actually complete passes.
