    Will miss JDR
Excited for whoever is new Coach
    If Gruden, he likes him
    Last season was a disapointment
    He takes full responsiblity

Trust me, if this team starts to win, there will be plenty of love to go around for the deprived, and no one will ever mention JDR, KNJ, and TD again.....can we add Lynch to that list?

I like Carr, it was evident in 2017 that something was effecting his play. I admit, I was disappointed in some of his decision making. Whether it was the play calling, the scheme, the coaching staff, maybe cause his shoes were too tight, his head wasn't screwed on right, or his heart was 2 sizes too small, whatever the reason he struggled this season. Todd Downing only held him back, TD was like the buddy with the bad influence, it was time to separate the two. I don't know the details of the coaching staff bashing Carr after the KC game, but that would be enough to deflate anyone's confidence. It seems the whole coaching staff was corrupt, or most of them. MD seen it and made the changes. Carr proved in the 2016 season that he could be an elite QB. Now that the house is cleaned, time to start a new.

Carr also better have the "Gannon" thick skin, Gruden is going to be a challenge to some of these players.

There will be some turn over of the roster. Some will be tagged locker room cancers, some soft or just not fitting what Gruden and his staff want to do.
They will work these guys to death during training camp looking for the weak. Its going to be brutal.

It is going to be like another rebuild. I don't expect to win next year.

I think it's also funny to note how Gannon was questioning carrs personality as compared to the greats.

Seems to me like both gruden and Gannon might end up having a soft spot for Connor cook. Gruden thought he should have been a first round pick. And connors personality is likely better suited for Gannon's taste too.
