I have to admit I'm surprised with how good he has become offensively. I thought he might make an offensive jump last year when he was coming into his second season, but there was only minor improvements. But this season he has made that jump.
I still think his biggest strength is his defense, which is why I prefer to see him at the three, but I like pairing him with Carroll, too.
I always thought that he was a prime trade candidate for Marks, but now I'm starting to doubt it with his offensive game looking so much better.

With RHJ, Allen, Okafor, LeVert, Dinwiddie, and D'Angelo Russell the Nets have a ton of young talent to build around.

Yeah he has to develop his 3 pointer so he can play SF. If he can get that 3 pointer he definitely a starter if he can't hes more of a great back up.

Was RHJ a Billy King draft pick? If so, solid job.

The last one on the roster from Billy King. Everyone else is brought in by Marks.
